You’ll be acknowledged the moment you walk into Shell Chiropractic. If you’re new to us, you’ll be introduced to our team with a warm greeting. We’re glad you’re here!
Getting Started
Our paperwork is minimal. We ask that you complete it and bring it in to your first appointment. You can find the form on our website, download it and print it out. You’ll meet with your chiropractor for a consultation, examination and to have X-rays taken. If appropriate, we may give you a chiropractic adjustment on the same day. Otherwise, we’ll have you return the next day after your chiropractor has had time to go through your results.
Your first two visits with us take a little longer since we’ll learn about you and give you a report of findings from your exam. Your initial appointment takes about 30 minutes. Your second report of findings visit takes 15-20 minutes.

We’ll get your insurance information from you over the phone when you call to schedule your first appointment. We’ll be able to tell you exactly what your costs are with no surprises. We accept nearly all insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid.
